At the July business meeting, precut fabrics were available along with the pattern to make two Friendship Star blocks.  Our guild has been gifted fabrics that can be used to create quilts for our community service endeavors.  So, at each business meeting of the year, I will be distributing supplies to make blocks. If possible, please return the completed blocks at the next business meeting or before so they can be joined into a quilt for Project Linus, for our Veteran home residents, or  for a lap quilt for a nursing home.  Feel free to cut more blocks from your leftover fabrics and return them at any time during the year.  Many of the blocks planned will be able to be mixed with others in our scrappy, snuggle worthy quilts.
