After being introduced to a brief history of the traditional crazy quilt, Norene will show us how to create a crazy quilt block using the non-traditional method of muslin foundation piecing by the yard.

Members will use a pre-printed block to sew their own crazy quilt block , applying the demonstrated technique.  The muslin block will be provided, however, members will need to bring the following items: sewing machine, thread, 13 pieces of 3“x 8“cotton fabric, rotary cutter, cutting board acrylic ruler and pins. Bring an extension cord if you can.
